Our honored guest: Before entering the World Economic Forum, Paolo Gallo worked at the World Bank as Chief Learning Officer, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Director of Human Resources.

He is also a Certified Transformational Coach and writes articles about career-personal development and organizational behavior for the World Economic Forum Agenda Blog and Forbes Magazine.

When his agenda is free, he loves reading, travelling and listening to Bruce Springsteen.
